Track Brewing Co is an independent brewery based in Manchester, UK, founded by Sam Dyson in 2014. Inspired by his 2008 global cycling journey, Dyson envisioned a brewery that combined production and consumption in a communal space. After gaining brewing experience in London, he established Track Brewing Co in a railway arch near Piccadilly Station. In May 2021, the brewery relocated to a 12,000 sq ft warehouse at Piccadilly Trading Estate, allowing for expanded brewing capacity and the creation of a new taproom. The taproom offers 20 keg lines, 3 cask lines, and a rotating food residency, providing a vibrant space for beer enthusiasts to enjoy fresh brews and community events.
