Ashcott Beer Festival

The Ashcott Beer Fest is a welcoming, village-scale summer celebration held on the playing fields in Ashcott, Somerset. Spread over a weekend in July, the festival features around 30 real ales, with a strong focus on craft brews from regional microbreweries, alongside local ciders, perries, wine, and even Pimm’s and Prosecco to cater to varied tastes. It’s organised and run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers, supported through sponsorships that help ensure all proceeds benefit local causes including the village hall, playing fields, pre-school, and primary school.

More than just a beer event, it’s a heartwarming community gathering. Festival-goers can enjoy live entertainment, open-mic performances, bands, a family fun day themed “By the Seaside” with craft activities and games, plus hearty BBQ food and camping on-site right next to the festivities.
