Braintree Real Ale Festival

Thu 5 - Sun 8 June 2025

Bocking Arts Theatre Events, Braintree

Since June 2005 the Lions Club of Braintree, in association with North-West Essex CAMRA, has been organising a Real Ale Festival in Braintree. Our original plan was to help promote real ale in Braintree, but also to highlight that there were breweries in Essex. In 2005 there were approximately 3 Essex Breweries, for our Festival we had 30+ Essex-based breweries to choose from. And over the last 17 years we have raised around £85,000 for local charities.

New! Plan to attend festivals and receive reminders about upcoming events, session updates, and special offers from breweries. Click 'Plan to Attend' to try it out.
