Brennan's Brewery

Brennan’s Brewery is a small, family-run brewery built on four generations of brewing heritage, originating with Patrick J. Brennan’s apprenticeship in 1905. The brewery focuses on traditional Irish styles, with its flagship Brennan’s Irish Stout known for its smooth, velvety body and flavours of cocoa and earthy caramel. Their beers are brewed using classic ingredients—water, barley malt, wheat malt, hops and yeast—and while production is rooted in Ireland, part of their stout is produced through a licensing partnership with Theakston Brewery in the UK.
