Celebrate Liverpool's flourishing beer festival scene across this iconic maritime city. From waterfront brewery celebrations to Baltic Triangle craft gatherings, Liverpool blends cultural heritage with contemporary innovation and unmistakable Scouse spirit in every festival.
Liverpool's festivals carry the same warmth as a night out in the city, with the Baltic Triangle at the heart of it. Expect a compact, walkable scene and a friendly crowd.
Old warehouse units and waterfront venues host events through the year, from tap takeovers to larger ticketed festivals. The scene is small enough to feel personal but lively enough to fill a weekend.
Get to know the local brewers on our Liverpool breweries guide, then see what else is on across the North.

Black Lodge Brewing is an independent, creatively driven craft brewery founded around 2015–2018 in Liverpool's Baltic Triangle, now operating a 12-barrel brewery and taproom at Kings Dock Street with a spacious beer garden and on-site food trader Fatback Burgers. They specialise in adventurous pale ales, IPAs, sours and lagers—like Hundred Dollar Volvo, Me & the Devil, and kettle-soured Berliner Weisse—with bold, experimental flavours and single-hop expressions that frequently rotate. In March 2024, the brand expanded to West Kirby with a second taproom offering craft beer, frozen margaritas, ice-cream cocktails and events in a lively, pet‑friendly setting. Black Lodge also hosts regular tasting experiences, live sport, festivals (including the annual Liverpool Craft Beer Expo), and maintains a strong community presence praised by locals on Reddit as one of the best taprooms in the city region.
