Keep your listing right

Details, dates and sessions with start times, the location pin, and up to 20 photos. Change anything, any time, and your festival's page updates.

Publish your line-up and beer list

Add breweries one at a time or paste a list of names, then add each brewery's beers and how each is served. The list appears on your festival's page and on a beer list drinkers can filter by style, strength and how it's served.

Festival pages with a line-up hold readers longer than pages without. Drinkers who've said they're interested or going get an email when your beer list goes up.

Bring your committee

Invite people by email as admins or editors. Admins can do everything; editors look after the listing, sessions, line-up and photos.

Two things you can pay for. Neither is required, and the free listing doesn't change.

Promoted listing

At the top of your town's guide page, in a row of up to 3 promoted festivals.

For 30 days. The price is set by how many people use that page, and you buy it by card inside the portal. An area slot also shows on every town page in the area, and on the pages of finished festivals there.

Curated line-up

The breweries you want, in one delivery.

Send a brief and we'll hand-build a draft order from independent breweries. Change anything, then it all arrives in a single delivery. A smaller festival gets the range of going direct with the ease of a wholesaler.

No markup on the beer, which the breweries bill you for directly. You only pay our fee if you place the order.

Is it really free?

Yes. The basic listing and all the data are free and will stay free. Promoted listings and the curated line-up are optional extras with their prices shown up front, and nobody is trapped by prices that suddenly appear.

Who put my festival on here?

We did, from public listings and from what drinkers send us. Taking it over means you can correct anything, and from then on your version is the one that's shown.

Who can see my numbers?

Only your festival's team, and us.

Can I sell tickets through Beer Fest Buddy?

Not yet. Add your own ticket link and we'll send buyers straight to it. Your Stats page counts the clicks.
