We are a small, independent, family-run brewery based in our hometown of Lostwithiel on the banks of the River Fowey, Cornwall. We brew ingredient-focused, unique beers inspired by British and European traditions. Our brewing inspiration comes from brewers old and new. Beginning with pints of Bathams in the West Midlands where James grew up to The Kernel in London where his brewing journey began. Our beers are made with regenerative wheat, heritage barley and whole flower British hops from a single farm in the UK.

Noss Beer Works was set up to provide locally brewed beer to the Pubs and Inns of the idyllic South Hams, Devon. The brewery is based in Noss Mayo, a picturesque village on the coast between Plymouth and Salcombe. Here lies the Mew Stone, a small island guarding the mouth of the river Yealm, it’s the inspiration for the naming of the first of our fine ales!

Stannary Brewing Co, based in Tavistock, Devon, was founded in 2016 by a group of homebrewers and has since become known for its bold, hop-forward beers and modern styles. They produce a wide range of small-batch, unfiltered, and unfined beers—often focusing on juicy IPAs, pale ales, and creative specials. With a taproom on-site offering fresh pints and regular events, Stannary has built a loyal local following and a reputation for quality and innovation in the South West craft beer scene.

Summerskills Brewery

We produce a range of cask and bottle conditioned real ales from ingredients sourced as locally as possible. The majority of the hops we use are grown in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The fermentation yeast is ‘wet’ reducing the amount of waste yeast from each brew and allowing the strain to develop its own distinctive characteristics. Our spent grains, the remains of the malted barley after mashing, are collected by a local farmer and fed to his cattle.
