Scotland Beer Festivals 2026

Borderlands is back... bigger and better than before Hosted at our new brewery in Tweedbank, Borderlands will bring together our favourite breweries from either side of the border with over 100 beers pouring across the weekend. On top of that, there'll be tunes, street food, giveaways, freebies, screen printing, free bottle pours and much more... it's set to be a right old bash. Beer-wise, expect a cosmic smorgasbord of hop bombs, crispy boys, big stouts, fruit sours and everything in between from the best of the UK craft beer scene. *for the non-beer drinkers there'll be cider, wines, spirits and soft drinks Tickets are £15 (plus fees) which includes: - entry to the festival, - festival glass

Four days of great real ales, ciders, tasty food, great live music and fun events. You'll enjoy top quality beers and ciders from the best Scottish and English brewers. Drinks will be specially selected by our owner, Gordon Holding. Gordon has many years of experience from running the Highlands' Largest Independent Beer Festival up to 2019. Entry is free and everyone is welcome.

Marking its 4th edition, the festival will return to Edinburgh as an "all-in" craft beer event, it is designed to offer a unique, curated experience featuring a brand-new lineup of breweries compared to previous years. What started as an excuse to invite all of our friends in the UK brewing industry to Edinburgh for for a fun weekend of celebrating independent beer has grown into one of the most recognised beer festivals in the country.

We will have around 150 cask ales, 25 real ciders and perries, some low/no-alcohol beers, wine and soft drinks, along with the provision of hot snacks and musical entertainment.

This event features a curated selection of beers from top local and independent Scottish breweries, along with live music, set against the backdrop of Edinburgh Castle.

We’re excited to announce that this year we’re hosting our best Oktoberfest ever — and to make sure nothing gets in the way of the fun, we’re moving indoors to the Central Hall at Tollcross. That means no unpredictable October weather and all the real Oktoberfest vibes, guaranteed.

Whether you're a seasoned craft enthusiast or just enjoy a refreshing pint in good company, this event promises a fantastic atmosphere and plenty of flavour to discover.

We've kept you hanging a little bit this year, but The Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant and Vault City Brewing are delighted to let you know The Big Swally Edinburgh will return for its third outing! We've already started building an epic lineup for this one, and it's going to be an absolutely fantastic day. You know what to expect from the festival at the Corn Exchange by this point, right? We'll have some of the best breweries from both the UK and overseas, some of which you'll never have seen in Scotland before, as well as our fantastic award-winning street food vendors, all wrapped up in a great atmosphere with great people.

Forth Valley CAMRA branch has the 33rd Alloa Real Ale and Cider Festival on  Friday,  6th and 7th November at Alloa Town Hall. This one is extra special for us as it is the 50th Birthday  of the branch.
