Curation for festival organisers

A curated beer line-up for your festival, without the legwork.

Tell us what you're after, and we'll build you a ready-to-amend draft order from breweries that can deliver to your site.

No markup on the beer. Pay only if you place the order.

The status quo

Variety or your time? You shouldn't have to choose.

Right now you either spend days chasing breweries one by one, or you default to a single wholesaler and settle for whatever's on their list.

Chasing breweries one by one
Days of emails and phone calls, chasing availability, delivery and minimums across dozens of suppliers.
Defaulting to one wholesaler
Quick, but you settle for one catalogue. The same names everyone else is pouring, and little regional character.

How it works

A considered service, run by people who know the beer.

No instant catalogue and no automated checkout. You send a brief, we do the curating, and you stay in control of the final order.

1

Send us your brief

The styles, counts and any regional or microbrewery asks you want for the festival. As loose or as specific as you like.

2

We curate a draft order

We hand-build a balanced line-up from breweries that can actually deliver to your site, and send it back to you.

Within a few working days
3

You amend and place it

Tweak anything. Swap a style, add a name, or change the counts. The beer is then billed directly by the breweries.

What you get

The curation judgement, not the admin.

A balanced spread of styles
Pales, lagers, stouts and one-offs in the right proportions for your crowd, not a random grab from one list.
Regional & microbrewery names
The independent breweries your punters will get excited about, a more interesting selection than a single wholesaler's catalogue.
Only breweries that can deliver
Every name on the draft can actually get to your site, on the day, in the quantities you need.
One consolidated delivery
We bring the whole line-up together and deliver it in a single drop, no juggling a dozen separate brewery deliveries against a short venue hire.

Transparent pricing

Honest about the money, from the start.

The beer is billed directly by the breweries at their normal prices, we don't mark it up. Our curation is a simple service fee, and for now you only pay if you go ahead and place the order.

No markup on the beer

A simple curation fee
One clear fee for the work, confirmed with your draft, never hidden in the beer price.
Pay only if you place the order
See the draft first. No obligation if it's not right for you.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Is there a cost?
The beer is billed directly by the breweries at their normal prices, we don't mark it up. We charge a simple curation fee for building and balancing your line-up, which we'll confirm alongside your draft. You only pay that fee if you go ahead and place the order.
Which areas do you cover?
The UK and Ireland. We curate from breweries across both, and we only put forward names that can realistically deliver to your festival site on the day, so the regional asks you make are grounded in what's actually possible.
How long does it take?
We aim to get a first draft back to you within a few working days of receiving your brief. It's hand-built rather than auto-generated, so a little time goes into getting the balance and the delivery logistics right. If you're working to a tight deadline, tell us in your brief and we'll let you know what's doable.
Do I have to use your suggestions?
Not at all. What you get is a draft, not a fixed order. Swap styles, add or drop breweries, change the counts, or take it in a different direction entirely. It's a starting point built around your brief, and the final call is always yours.
