Navigate the capital's exceptional beer scene from historic riverside pubs to cutting-edge East London breweries. London's festivals blend international influences with British tradition, offering the UK's most diverse craft beer experiences.
London's festival calendar runs all year, from neighbourhood taproom parties to major national showcases. No other city in Britain puts on as many beer events, or as many different kinds, so whatever weekend you land on there is usually something worth going to.
The big set-piece festivals bring hundreds of beers from across the UK and beyond to venues along the river and out in the East End. Around them, the city's brewery districts run their own events: the Bermondsey Beer Mile hosts regular tap takeovers, and the brewing clusters of Hackney, Tottenham and Walthamstow stage their own crawls and open days.
The range is the point. In a single weekend you can move from a rare bottle list curated in a Central London bar to a hazy, hop-forward pour straight from the tank in an arch. Expect international styles alongside London brewing heritage, plenty of food, and a crowd as mixed as the city.

Orpington Liberal Club Summer Cider Festival

We will have 20+ still ciders and perry available, and of course our usual selection of draught real ales and other drinks. Free entry for Club/CAMRA members; everyone else must buy an entry ticket from the bar. These cost £1.00 and are valid for the whole weekend.

Bexley Brewery is a family-run business... Like all home brewers, Cliff started to create beers in the garden shed. In 2014, after winning a local local Home brew competition, Cliff along with his wife Jane, took the plunge to open a micro brewery in Erith, in the north of the Bexley Borough. Their son Cameron joined the family business in 2016, and proved to have a passion for Sales and Design. Bexley Brewery uses the best quality English malted barley alongside the freshest Kent hops & some amazing hops from around the world (including Australia, New Zealand & USA) to produce beers of exceptional flavour and aroma. We’re proud to be a Brewery that produces a fantastic range of award winning sessionable, seasonal and one-off batch beers, in Cask, Keg and Bottle. Our logo is based on the Ringed Necked Parakeet and although not a bird native to the UK, they can be found across South East London and beyond - just like our beer!
