Dhillons Brewery

Dhillon’s Brewery is a modern micro-brewery based in Coventry, founded in 2015 by Dal Dhillon. They blend traditional and contemporary brewing techniques to create a bold, flavour-driven beer range, while deeply embedding themselves in the city’s community — with several bars and a strong local presence.
