Hedgedog Brewing is a family-run craft brewery based in Virginia Water, Surrey, founded in 2013 by homebrewers Marc and Sheila. Their philosophy centres on “quality not quantity,” producing small-batch, hand-crafted beers using high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients. They design and brew all their recipes in-house — from everyday staples to seasonal and special-release brews — and run a fully integrated operation, handling everything from brewing to canning and sales themselves.
