Third Barrel Brewing Co. is an innovative Dublin-based collaboration brewery, born from the creative union of Stone Barrel Brewing and Third Circle Brewing. Founded in 2016, it channels the combined expertise of both teams into crafting one of Ireland’s most cutting-edge beer brands. Third Barrel produces a diverse and experimental lineup—ranging from session IPAs like Boom (bursting with tropical lychee and mango), Czech-style lagers like Hello Yes, juicy hazy pale ales such as Eat, Sleep, Pale, Repeat, to bold barrel-aged stouts and imperial offerings.
