About this festival

A unique experience to discover the sights and flavours of Whitstable. This seaside town is renowned for its oysters and is popular among both day tourists and those wanting to move out of big cities. However, Whitstable’s history is rich with innovation, industry, and independence as this TrAle will show you.

Walk in the steps of Peter Cushing and Thomas “Weasel” Ridgen and discover why Whitstable is so unique. This TrAle will introduce you to different styles of carefully curated Kentish real ales and craft beers. Our Pub (and Taproom) stops will also showcase the variety and vibrancy of Whitstable’s drinking establishments.
