Since 1930, we have celebrated the tradition of mixed fermentation, maturing our beer in oak barrels for at least 18 months to develop its iconic, slightly sour and fruity character. With the beer’s blended flavours evoking a winey flavour profile, we decided to name our thirst-quenching brew Bacchus – after the Roman god of wine and celebration. Bacchus offer respite in a world that is in constant flux, inviting you to celebrate life’s big and small moments with the people you love.
