Bute Brew Co

Bute Brew Co is a small-batch craft brewery based on the Isle of Bute, operating from a taproom at Bute Yard in Rothesay. They’re known for their innovative, sustainable brewing — for example, their “Thorough Bread” beer is made using unsold loaves of bread donated by a local Co-op, replacing some of the malt in the recipe in line with circular-economy principles. Among their range is the crisp Spindrift Lager, brewed with Hallertau Blanc hops.
