Cader Ales

We are an independent micro-brewery that started brewing in 2012. Based in the picturesque town of Dolgellau our name is inspired by the dramatic Cader Idris Mountain which overlooks the town and the beautiful Mawddach estuary here in Snowdonia, North Wales. Brewing by hand in small quantities using traditional methods, we combine the finest ingredients with the distinctive local Welsh Water to give to give each ale its own individual flavour and aromas.
