Founded in 1900 in Brussels, Belgium, Brasserie Cantillon is a family-run brewery and living museum famous for crafting traditional, spontaneously fermented sour beers. Using methods and 19th-century equipment that have remained largely unchanged for over a century, it is the last operating lambic brewery in the city of Brussels.

We've kept you hanging a little bit this year, but The Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant and Vault City Brewing are delighted to let you know The Big Swally Edinburgh will return for its third outing! We've already started building an epic lineup for this one, and it's going to be an absolutely fantastic day. You know what to expect from the festival at the Corn Exchange by this point, right? We'll have some of the best breweries from both the UK and overseas, some of which you'll never have seen in Scotland before, as well as our fantastic award-winning street food vendors, all wrapped up in a great atmosphere with great people.
