Edinburgh Beer Factory

Edinburgh Beer Factory is a family-run independent brewery established in 2015, inspired by the city of Edinburgh and the pop-art legacy of hometown artist Eduardo Paolozzi. They describe their mission as “making beer beautiful” by transforming everyday beer styles into modern, art-infused creations. The brewery combines traditional and contemporary brewing techniques, and for every beer sold in their “Paolozzi” range they donate to the Paolozzi Foundation.
