Fauve Craft Bière is a French microbrewery based in Paris and Montpellier. Our motto is " Craft / Science / Art ": we have a scientific and artistic approach, in service of craft beer. CRAFT - SCIENCE - ART 🖐 Craft : behind Fauve, there are men and women, we are artisans. We brew craft beers that are often exuberant to push the boundaries of craft beer, and sometimes subtle to respect the nobility of certain historical styles, but always without compromising on taste and quality. 👩🔬 Science : We have a scientific approach that allows us to create quality beers, but above all, beers of consistent quality all year round.
