Firebird Brewing Company

Established in 2013 by brewing science graduates Bill and Richard, Firebird Brewing Company is an award-winning craft brewery located in a renovated brickworks in Rudgwick, West Sussex. They produce a diverse selection of beers, including American Pale Ales, Pilsner Lagers, Hefe-Weizen Beers, Belgian Pale Ales, Doppelbocks, Session IPAs, and traditional Best Bitters. Their lineup features beers like the Wild Honey Belgian Blonde, Table Manners, Coffee Porter, Work Ethic IPA, and Bohemia Lager. Visitors can enjoy their beers at the brewery's bar, which offers a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere overlooking the working brewery, with events like live music, food from local street vendors, and unique Thursday night gatherings.
