Gyle 59 is a small, rural brewery based at Sadborow Estate in Dorset that makes “spring-fed, log-powered, propane-driven, unfiltered, hazy artisan beers” with a big focus on flavour and natural ingredients. Their water comes from a unique spring, and they skip finings so their beers often look hazy and are naturally vegan.
