Based in Mold, North Wales, Polly’s Brew Co. was launched in early 2018 (initially named Loka Polly) by founder Sean and sales lead Arron, and quickly grew into one of the UK’s most highly rated modern craft breweries. Polly’s specialises in hop-oriented, freshness-first beers, including a consistently excellent Core Range of sessionable pale ales and IPAs—such as Floret, Rosebud, Little Petal, Pine (gluten-free), Pilsner, and Cherry sour—and an experimental Augment range featuring bold limited-release DIPAs like Spur, Patternist, and Rosa. They’ve scaled rapidly—from brewing once every 11 days to up to ten times a week—while building a dedicated team of around 15 and expanding distribution across the UK and into international markets. Widely praised by beer fans online, Polly’s is celebrated for its juicy, tropical‑fruit driven flavours and creative beer names, earning consistent acclaim from enthusiasts and industry alike.
