The Grumpy Fish Brew Co is a small, independent microbrewery based in Nottinghamshire, England, launched in October 2022 and run by owner‑brewer Simon Wisher. It grew out of Simon’s homebrewing passion and a brew day prize he won at a local competition, and now operates on a modest kit with a garage‑brewery vibe while supplying beer into bars and festivals in the Midlands. The brewery’s focus is on flavoursome pale ales and other approachable craft styles, with flagship beers like 4B’s showcasing citrus and grapefruit notes, and plans for further cask and collaborative brews as it expands its presence locally.
