Three Peaks Brewery

Three Peaks Brewery, established in 2006 by Colin and Susan Ashwell in Settle, Yorkshire Dales, draws its name from the region's three prominent mountains. The brewery emphasizes traditional brewing methods, utilizing premium ingredients like British Maris Otter malt, and produces small batches to ensure high-quality beers. Their offerings include the Core Peaks range—easy-drinking session ales—and the Special Peaks range, which explores innovative flavors. Notably, all its beers are vegan. In 2020, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, Chris and Jennifer Holt acquired the brewery, relocating it to a larger, modern facility. Colin Ashwell continued to contribute his brewing expertise during this transition. Three Peaks Brewery distributes its beers to outlets across the Yorkshire Dales, West Yorkshire, and East Lancashire. They also offer brewery tours upon request.
