Brouwerij Alvinne, Zwevegem

Alvinne produces world-class sour beers. We work hard to uphold our reputation, which we showcase by serving our beer in top bars worldwide. Authenticity Alvinne beers are unique because of our Morpheus house yeast strain. All of our sour beers are brewed with our own unique yeast, harvested from a natural environment. Morpheus yeast is a strong contributor to the flavour of our beer and gives us our own identity. Call it the Alvinne touch. You can recognise the Alvinne touch in our sour and non-sour, traditional beers.

Baird Park, Stonehaven

The Midsummer Beer Happening is a lively three‑day craft beer festival held each June in Stonehaven’s Baird Park, bringing together 150+ beers and ciders, artisan street food, live music, and a popular cycling sportive. 🍺 What the festival offers - Huge beer selection — Over 150 beers and ciders from top UK brewers, covering everything from bright, fruity ciders to rich, dark stouts. - Great food — Wood‑fired pizza, Spanish bocadillos and empanadas, award‑winning fish and chips, and the well‑known Giulianotti ice cream. - Live music — Local musicians perform throughout the day, with a more upbeat, party vibe in the evenings. - Cycling sportive — A signature part of the event, offering scenic and challenging routes through Deeside and the Cairn o’Mount, ending back at the festival for a celebratory pint. 🎉 Atmosphere and purpose The festival is known for its friendly, community‑driven feel and its “no ordinary” approach to food, drink, and entertainment. It’s run as a not‑for‑profit event, raising money for local charities and good causes in Stonehaven.
