Baker’s Dozen is a two-person microbrewery bringing you modern cask, keg and canned beers from England’s smallest county. A lifetime in the pub industry has lead to a passion for cleaning and beer. Surely the natural progression is to start a brewery? Established in 2015 with a love of hop-forward cask beer, we wanted to brew the styles of beer we love for the local community. Ensuring consistency and high levels of quality has allowed the business to grow organically and win the hearts and palettes of drinkers across the East Midlands and East of England.
