Founded in 1995 near Bath and later moved to Bristol, Bath Ales is a prominent regional brewery known for combining traditional techniques with modern, hare-branded packaging. Acquired by St Austell Brewery in 2016, it produces popular cask and bottled beers, most notably its flagship 4.8% amber aleGem.
