Byatts Brewery

Byatt’s Brewery is a micro-brewery based in Coventry, founded in 2011 by Lee Byatt. It produces traditional cask-conditioned ales using only four core ingredients (malt, hops, yeast, water) and, for special brews, natural additions — no artificial stuff. In 2016 they moved into larger premises with a 12-barrel brewing system and opened a brewhouse bar, blending their passion for local craft ale with a welcoming taproom experience.
