Crossover Blendery

Brewery · Hitchin

Crossover Blendery is a small-batch specialist located at Lannock Manor Farm near Hitchin, Hertfordshire, founded in 2018 by George and Charlie. They focus on 100% spontaneously fermented wild ales, sours, and saisons—ageing their beers for months and even years in oak barrels, wine casks, concrete eggs, and other vessels. Their production is deeply seasonal and fruit-focused, sourcing British-grown grains, herbs, and fruits directly from local farmers, and bridging the gap between beer, cider, and wine traditions. Each vintage is unique and non-replicable, blending thoughtfully for complexity and character, then naturally bottle-conditioned. Their rural taproom, opened in 2022, offers visitors a chance to experience the blendery’s barrel-lined ambience, seasonal menu, rotating draft lines, and a tranquil countryside setting.
