All of our beer is hand-made in small batches, which means we can ensure its quality and consistency. We typically produce around 180 firkins per week. Conscious of our carbon footprint, we recycle and reuse as much as we can. Spent brewing grains are used to feed local pigs and our waste hops are also recycled. We usually have four beers on draught in our tap room (we rotate them according to what is brewing) as well as a full selection of our bottled beers. We also produce limited-edition seasonal ales at various times throughout the year.
