Hogs Back Brewery is a family‑owned brewery, founded in 1992 and housed in historic farm buildings. They grow a substantial portion of their own hops on-site (varieties like Fuggles, Cascade and Farnham White Bine), giving them a strong, sustainable/local footprint. Their beer range blends traditional ales (like their flagship Tongham TEA) with contemporary styles, including lager and IPA, and they run a brewery tap, shop, and host hop-harvest festival events.
