Innis & Gunn Brewery, headquartered in Perth, Scotland, is known for its innovative approach to brewing, particularly its barrel-aging technique. The brewery is expanding with the construction of a new facility in Edinburgh, marking the first large-scale brewery in the city in 150 years. They offer a wide range of core and limited-edition beers, and their beers are recognized for their bold flavors. The brewery also operates several taprooms where customers can enjoy their full range of beers and fresh tank lager. Innis & Gunn values its community and has a fan-supported BeerBond initiative to fund its brewery.
