JackRabbit Brewing Co., founded in 2019 by two friends in a converted piggery in Manningtree, Essex, emerged from a shared passion for modern craft beer. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, the brewery maintained operations and expanded its team in 2021 to meet growing demand. Now located at Prettyfields Vineyard near Ardleigh Reservoir, just outside Colchester, JackRabbit Brewing Co. offers a core range of beers, including a craft lager, New England pale, and hazy IPA, along with seasonal specials.
