Jennings Brewery

Jennings is back! Brewing independently and, once again, family owned and brewing in Cumbria. We were founded in 1828, making us one of the oldest breweries in the country and are proud purveyors of traditional Cumberland ales brewed with traditional techniques honed across generations. Using Lake District water drawn fresh from our on site well, our beer is a living embodiment of our majestic surroundings and time honoured brewing tradition. The Award winning Sneck Lifter, Cocker Hoop and Cumberland Ale await you in our on site tap room and, if you want to learn more, you can book one of our tours too.
