Kinnegar Brewing

Kinnegar Brewing started in 2013 in Rathmullan, County Donegal, and moved to a modern facility in Letterkenny in 2017 while preserving its farmhouse brewing ethos. The brewery crafts unfiltered, unpasteurised beers naturally carbonated via yeast and operates a flexible setup that includes a 35 hl brewhouse and the original 10 hl kit. Their Phunk Farm project allows for experimental, mixed-fermentation beers. Widely acclaimed, Kinnegar is the only Irish brewery to have earned a Gold medal at the World Beer Cup and were recognized with awards for sustainability and energy efficiency in recent years. Their beers are available across Ireland and beyond, and they also host a taproom offering tours and fresh pours.
