Charnwood Brewery

Loughborough

Charnwood Brewery is a family-run microbrewery founded in 2014 by Andrew and Andrea Reed and their children in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The brewery produces award-winning, cask-conditioned and craft keg beers, including two core ales—Salvation (a light golden 3.8% beer) and Vixen (a 4% copper-coloured best bitter)—alongside a rotating lineup of more than two dozen monthly seasonal specials. Operating from a site featuring an on-site shop and taproom, Charnwood supplies its beers to local pubs, restaurants, and customers via bottled, mini-keg, bag-in-box, and cask formats. The brewery also operates several micropubs, such as The Sorrel Fox and the Hall Croft Tap, and maintains a strong local identity with a playful fox mascot, Clarence, featured across its branding.

Emperor’s Brewery

Coalville

Emperor’s Brewery is a UK craft brewery in Coalville, Leicestershire that specialises in big, bold imperial stouts and porters, most clocking in well over 10% ABV and often barrel-aged for rich complexity. It began as a professional venture in 2017 by brewer Damian, after decades of home-brewing, and has built a reputation for decadent dark beers with flavours like chocolate, coconut, coffee and maple, released in small batches and often sold directly through their online shop. While some of their brewing happens on site, they also collaborate with other breweries and produce beers through partners like Dugges Bryggeri in Sweden, with a loyal following among fans of high-strength, flavour-forward stouts.

Hall's Brewery

Coalville

In 2023, Bill Hall founded Hall's Brewery. We only make traditional cask beers, and sometimes package the beer into glass bottles. We have no public tap room! Try our beers in your local pub!

Moonface Brewery

Loughborough

Moonface Brewery and Tap is a small brewery and bar. We serve a selection of our own beers and selected beers and ales from other breweries.

Mount St Bernard Trappist Brewery

Coalville

Mount St Bernard Trappist Brewery is a small-scale, built for purpose facility located within the Abbey, in what used to be our kitchen and laundry. Today, brewing is one of our principal fields of labour by which we sustain our community of monks and maintain upkeep of our home. Our brewery uses sustainable practices, ingredients and techniques, allowing us to deliver a modern interpretation of time-honoured Trappist ale in an environmentally friendly and community conscious manner. From our humble beginnings experimenting with a small home brewing kit, we now produce over 1,000 hectolitres of Tynt Meadow which is sold around the world.

Known for its inventive, ever-changing beer range, Partizan developed a cult following through its roots in the vibrant London craft scene. In 2023, facing economic pressures, it relocated production to a rural Leicestershire farm, sharing space with Langton Brewery, while maintaining its London identity and continuing to innovate through collaborations and thoughtful brewing.
