Established in August 2013, Elliswood Brewery is proud to be Hinckley’s only microbrewery and the town’s first commercial brewery since 1900.

Owned by Louise and Darren Lavender, who are also landlords of two award-winning real ale pubs recognised by CAMRA - The New Plough Inn, on Leicester Road, and The Greyhound, on New Buildings. The pair are committed to the town, supporting local charities, creating, and pouring the town's best ales with a passion for great beer and a desire to bring brewing back to the heart of Hinckley.
