North Riding Brewery, established in 2015, is a Yorkshire-based brewery known for crafting modern ales with traditional methods. Their offerings include three core beers available year-round and a US range released every four weeks. Notable brews feature the 'Cashmere' US pale ale, single-hopped with Cashmere hops for lemon, peach, and tangerine notes; the 'Enigma' ale, utilizing an Australian hop variety imparting red fruit flavors and a pinot gris-like finish; the 'Marzipan Mild,' a dark mild infused with natural marzipan flavoring; and a robust porter made with six different malts, offering hints of chocolate. The brewery distributes cask and bottled beers across the Midlands and North of England, catering to trade customers and providing information on local distributors.
