Pillars Brewery, established in 2016 in Walthamstow, East London, is the city's first independent brewery specializing exclusively in craft lagers. Founded by brothers Eamonn, Samie, and Omar Razaq, along with their friend Gavin Litton, the brewery offers a diverse range of lagers, including their award-winning Original Pale, which combines elements of Pilsner and IPA styles. In 2024, Pillars increased its production capacity by 80% to meet growing demand and announced plans for further expansion. The brewery features an on-site taproom open on weekends, allowing visitors to enjoy freshly brewed lagers among the brewing tanks. Committed to sustainability, Pillars aims to become the most sustainable brewery in London.
