Rivington Brewing Co, founded in 2014 by Ben Stubbs and Mike Richardson, is a modern craft brewery and taproom. Known for its hop-forward pale ales and IPAs, including the flagship "Never Known Fog Like It," the brewery also produces lagers, stouts, fruited sours, and barrel-aged ales. Situated on a working farm overlooking Lower Rivington Reservoir, the taproom opened in 2019, offering fresh beer and merchandise and hosting local street food vendors from Wednesday to Sunday. Beyond brewing, Rivington Brewing Co fosters community engagement through initiatives like a monthly walking club, a weekly cycling club, and a running club with around 70 participants. In 2023, the company adopted a four-day workweek to enhance employee well-being and productivity. Despite drawing inspiration globally, the brewery remains committed to serving its local community with quality beers in beloved styles.

We've kept you hanging a little bit this year, but The Caledonian Craft Beer Merchant and Vault City Brewing are delighted to let you know The Big Swally Edinburgh will return for its third outing! We've already started building an epic lineup for this one, and it's going to be an absolutely fantastic day. You know what to expect from the festival at the Corn Exchange by this point, right? We'll have some of the best breweries from both the UK and overseas, some of which you'll never have seen in Scotland before, as well as our fantastic award-winning street food vendors, all wrapped up in a great atmosphere with great people.
