Southwark Brewing Company

Southwark Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by Peter Jackson and Andy Nichol in London’s SE1 district. Drawing on Jackson’s decades in the brewing industry and the expertise of master brewer Sean Franklin, the brewery started from a garage-brew kit and quickly ramped up to a 10-barrel setup. Located on Druid Street in Bermondsey, it combines its brewing operations with a taproom that serves both traditional cask ales and modern craft styles, supplying many London pubs while maintaining a strong local identity.
