Wilderness Brewery

Wilderness Brewery is a family-run craft brewery in mid-Wales, founded in 2017 by brewer James and his team, where they make small-batch, experimental farmhouse-style beers using traditional and mixed-fermentation techniques. They explore seasonality, wild yeasts, barrel ageing and co-ferments to create a wide variety of unfiltered, vegan-friendly beers — from refreshing pale ales and golden bitters to funky sour and barrel-aged blends — often using locally sourced ingredients, including fruit from their own orchard. The brewery brews and packages all its beers in-house, operates an onsite shop and sells via its webstore, and is known for transparency in its brewing (including sharing brew sheets) and a strong community and sustainability ethos.
