About this festival
The MaltingsFest in 2026 marks a major milestone for one of the South West’s best-known beer festivals, returning to Newton Abbot with its biggest and boldest celebration yet. Organised by SIBA South West, the festival showcases hundreds of cask ales, keg beers, lagers and ciders from independent breweries across the region, alongside local spirits, street food and live entertainment. Known for its lively, friendly atmosphere and strong focus on championing independent brewing, MaltingsFest is both a tasting playground for beer enthusiasts and a social highlight that brings brewers, locals and visitors together to celebrate thirty years of great beer. 🍺
