A dark mild as soft and rounded as its name. Mýkr (Old Norse for “soft, gentle and mild” ᛘᚢᚴᚱ) is smooth, sessionable, and quietly satisfying. Low bitterness, low hop presence—just balanced, easy drinking. A layered malt bill of kilned base malt, dark crystal, chocolate malt, naked oats, and torrefied wheat brings notes of toasted bread, caramel, and soft cocoa with a subtle bittersweet edge in the finish.
