Bayonet Brewing

Bayonet Brewing is a small-batch, award-winning nano-brewery founded in October 2021 by Alex Postles‑Kime in Northallerton, North Yorkshire—the town's first craft brewery—operating from a home-based setup with big ambitions to establish a taproom locally and elevate regional beer culture. The brewery specialises in modern, innovative indie‑style beers, particularly West Coast, New England, and Kiwi‑hopped pale ales and IPAs like the collaborative "REORG" West Coast IPA, "Bang Out!" NZ pale, and sessionable DDH "Delta Lima Six," all earning solid ratings on Untappd. They distribute via next‑day shipping platforms and stock across the North East, with a core focus on growing Northallerton into a craft beer destination and engaging the community with fresh releases and local outreach.
