They brew a broad portfolio of beers at their Dragon Brewery in Cardiff Bay using a mix of traditional techniques and modern brewing science, producing everything from classic cask ales like Brains Bitter and Brains Dark to lagers, IPAs and seasonal or limited-release beers. Over the decades Brains grew into a major regional brand (once owning hundreds of pubs) and today its beers are widely available across Wales and the UK in pubs, retailers and events, while the brewery remains focused on quality, consistency and its Welsh heritage.

With a 10-line taproom serving both their beers and guests, street food vendors, vinyl records, and even dog-friendly "Flowerhorn Dog Bakery" treats from spent grains, they’ve created a vibrant community hub.
