Cotswold Lion Brewery

Cotswold Lion Brewery is an artisan brewery based on Hartley Farm near Seven Springs in the Cotswolds, founded with a strong emphasis on locality, sustainability, and tradition. They grow and malt much of their own barley, use pure well water, and run their operations using renewable energy like solar power and wood-chip biofuel. Their beer range includes ales such as Shepherd’s Delight, Top Notch, Golden Fleece, and Top Tup, each reflecting the character of the region and the brewery’s handcrafted approach.
