Equal Brewkery is a social‑enterprise microbrewery and bakery that empowers people with learning disabilities and neurodiverse individuals by teaching them practical brewing and baking skills, building confidence, and providing real work experience. Their team—made up of trainees supported by volunteers—creates high‑quality craft beer and artisanal bread, with all profits reinvested into training and support programs that promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful employment opportunities.
