Hawkstone Brewery

Hawkstone Brewery, Cheltenham

Hawkstone Brewery, originally established as the Cotswold Brewing Company in 2005, underwent a significant transformation in 2021 through a collaboration with Jeremy Clarkson. This partnership led to the creation of Hawkstone Lager, crafted using barley from Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire. The brewery, now rebranded as Hawkstone, emphasizes traditional brewing methods, including extended lagering processes that enhance flavor and smoothness. Beyond its flagship lager, Hawkstone offers a range of beverages, including cider, gin, and vodka, all reflecting a commitment to quality and British agriculture. The brand's rapid growth has seen its products featured in over 500 UK pubs and recognized among the fastest-growing private companies in the country. With accolades such as gold awards at the World Beer Awards in 2024, Hawkstone continues to expand its reach while maintaining its artisanal roots.
